Role: Associate Director, Medical Affairs Project Management supporting Summit’s global oncology clinical programs, including multiple Phase 3 studies in NSCLC and CRC with investigational therapy ivonescimab. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional medical planning and execution for launch readiness, evidence generation, scientific communications, and stakeholder engagement; establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards; facilitate strategic reviews and ensure alignment across Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Field Medical, and external vendors; optimize operational infrastructure and processes; oversee congress planning and high-impact stakeholder engagements; manage vendor relationships and develop project management tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees or PMP preferred); 5+ years in project management within biopharma, with direct experience supporting medical affairs and launch activities; expertise in process improvement methodologies (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile); strong analytical and stakeholder influencing skills; willing to travel 30–50%. High-value: oncology, Phase 3 clinical trials, immunotherapy, complex multi-stakeholder coordination, cross-functional leadership, experience in pre-commercial or early commercial biotech/pharma environments.
