Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Program Leader to shape and execute program strategy, goals, and plans aligned with portfolio strategy.
- Lead development and execution of program workplans/timelines and integrated development plans, including milestones/goals, key events, risks/assumptions, and scenarios.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and drive effective communications; co-lead critical sub-teams and ensure clarity of responsibilities.
- Provide clear, timely updates on program progress and issues to Senior Leadership.
- Manage program team meetings (agenda creation, discussion to decision-making, meeting minutes, and distribution of materials).
- Serve as a key point person for program team members and governance teams.
- Own key global program documents (e.g., integrated development plan, risk plan, status and timeline updates).
- Align with finance on all program financial aspects, including liaison with collaboration partners (if applicable).
- Provide program management expertise to align processes, tools, and technologies that support portfolio management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in sciences or related field highly preferred.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with deep knowledge of drug discovery, research, and development processes; strong preference for CNS development-stage experience.
- Direct drug development program management experience; ability to work in research and preclinical programs.
- Strong leadership; ability to set priorities and drive results in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
- Excellent written/oral communication, including presentation and facilitation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic context with attention to detail.
- Superior collaboration and negotiation skills; high self-awareness.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple activities with prioritization and pivoting.
- Passion for helping patients and developing transformative treatments.
