Responsibilities:
- Serve as Process & System Steward for multiple GMVC processes and systems; ensure processes, metadata, and systems are consistently defined and deployed across all Value & Implementation (V&I) teams.
- Lead end-to-end stewardship of key V&I processes to promote operational efficiencies and meet V&I priorities.
- Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, GMVC functions, IT, and external vendors to design and enable quality-supported business processes.
- Lead complex problem-solving; escalate risks/issues as appropriate.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to run workshops and translate business processes into system objectives.
- Partner with IT for evaluation/selection of systems technology.
- Maintain process and system documentation; support governance for configuration changes and release management.
- Drive global process improvement projects and create implementation plans for global rollout.
- Ensure training materials and maintenance/reference guides are created/updated.
- Adhere to compliance/regulatory procedures and support investigations, audits, and assessments.

Required Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare + 5 years relevant Medical Affairs experience (e.g., Process and Systems, V&I GMVC Operations).
- Experience designing/executing global processes across geographies, therapy areas, and functions.
- Expertise leading process/systems workshops and related methodologies.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, independent judgment, analytical problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong business acumen and integrity.
