Role Summary

Associate Director, HCP Marketing for PI within the Plasma Derived Therapies business unit. Lead the strategic direction for a new IG portfolio addition and oversee HCP marketing across stakeholders and channels. Collaborate with customer engagement, insights, and analytics teams to ensure data-driven decisions that prioritize patient outcomes, and report to the Director, USBU PDT Launch Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Launch Lead in developing positioning, brand personality, differentiation, and brand pillars
  • Develop the campaign core creative platform and conduct research to inform concept selection
  • Be the daily lead in the implementation of all HCP pull-through marketing, partnering with multiple internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Partner with SCIG brand team to ensure clarity in brand differentiation
  • Partner with Insights & Analytics to sharpen portfolio strategy with this new brand entrant; distill insights, validate opportunities, optimize channel mix, and educate HCPs
  • Own strategically aligned engagement plans and tactics; collaborate with brand and franchise teams to launch HCP and Access marketing resources
  • Develop and implement HCP fee-for-service plans and pull-through activities (advisory boards, speaker programs, consulting)
  • Develop P2P strategy and resources
  • Plan national and regional congress activities, including exhibit design/strategy, symposia/product theater content, and KOL engagements
  • Develop regional marketing resources as appropriate
  • Identify industry and competitive trends to uncover brand growth opportunities and capture best practices
  • Manage multiple agencies from initial briefs through delivery, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners (PRT, medical affairs, compliance, IT) to align priorities and deliverables

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Required: 8+ years' experience with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing, or related function
  • Required: 4+ years of dedicated experience engaging with HCPs
  • Required: Ability to foster collaboration, enable teamwork, set priorities, and manage external partners
  • Required: Deep understanding of a brand/franchise strategy and how to engage HCPs; strong business, finance, and risk/benefit awareness
  • Required: Experience in marketing strategy and tactic design with the ability to communicate ideas to internal colleagues and external partners
  • Required: Broad-based HCP Marketing knowledge from non-personal to field sales
  • Required: Ability to leverage data and analytics to distill insights and drive data-based decision making
  • Required: Comfort with emerging technologies, digital tools, and openness to AI-enabled processes
  • Preferred: MBA
  • Preferred: Pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Preferred: Experience working on a product launch
  • Preferred: Experience in PDT, particularly Primary Immunodeficiency
  • Preferred: Experience developing engagement plans for thought leaders / KOL management and ability to liaise with these customers

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: Requires approximately 25-40% travel, including travel to Cambridge, MA office
  • Ability to travel to various internal and external meetings and conferences, with potential overnight stays
  • Some weekend travel may be required
