Primary Responsibilities
Performance Enablement
- Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the enterprise performance management framework.
- Manage end-to-end performance cycle (annual reviews, mid-year checkpoints, goal/contribution setting, ongoing feedback).
- Set performance standards and evaluation criteria aligned to business goals.
- Equip and coach managers to run effective performance and development conversations.
- Partner with HR, Learning, Total Rewards, Talent, HR Operations, and Technology to integrate insights, optimize systems, and strengthen analytics.
- Analyze performance data/trends to drive continuous improvement.
Talent Assessments, Calibration & Feedback
- Design/manage talent assessment approaches for manager-plus levels.
- Own enterprise calibration processes (performance/potential/talent reviews) with consistency, fairness, and clarity.
- Build tools/frameworks/guidance for calibration and talent differentiation.
- Translate insights into development actions and succession planning inputs.
- Oversee feedback mechanisms (multi-rater tools, employee feedback channels, manager resources) to improve transparency.
- Partner with Learning & Development and monitor effectiveness; stay current on best practices.
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Enable SWP with practical frameworks/tools/templates and annual planning touchpoints.
- Connect workforce planning to hiring, development/reskilling, succession, and internal mobility.
- Partner with People Analytics and COE Partners; refine resources based on adoption/feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs required; Masterβs in HR/Org Psychology or related preferred.
- 7+ years in performance/talent management or related HR.
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation, talent assessment, and calibration.
- Experience designing/improving performance processes, talent reviews, or feedback systems.
- Cross-functional partnership; strong communication/facilitation/storytelling; analytical and improvement-focused; can manage multiple initiatives.
