Associate Director, Patient Support Program Strategy, US Oncology, Marketing

Role: Associate Director, Patient Support Program Strategy, leading development of patient support strategies for an individualized mRNA-based neoantigen therapy in early-stage melanoma. Responsibilities: define and evolve patient support programs, including benefits investigation, case management, prior authorization, affordability solutions, and patient workflows; design patient enrollment, consent, and data strategies; establish hub service models and governance; develop affordability programs to reduce treatment barriers; collaborate with internal teams and vendors on program implementation, performance management, and analytics; ensure compliance and operational readiness across cross-functional partners. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare; experience designing and optimizing patient support, access, reimbursement, or hub services; strong knowledge of payer dynamics, benefits investigation, prior authorization, and affordability programs; proven project and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience supporting advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), oncology patient journeys, specialty distribution, and working with vendors or providers in the complex treatment ecosystem. Work setup: remote with potential travel; reports to Director, Patient Support Strategy Lead.
