Responsibilities:
- Manage Patient Services program vendors/partners: oversee performance, deliverables, service levels, timelines, and issue resolution; optimize existing access programs (vendor management, business rules, KPIs, success factors).
- Ensure program performance: monitor adherence to policies, SOPs, contractual requirements, and compliance standards; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Manage issues and escalations: identify operational risks and lead timely resolution; escalate critical matters as needed.
- Oversee Patient Services marketing/communications assets: coordinate development, review, approval, distribution, and maintenance; ensure materials are accurate, current, branded, aligned to approved messaging, and meet review requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Patient Services, Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Legal/Compliance/Regulatory, Finance, IT, and others.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, scalability, and patient/provider experience.
- Support end-to-end patient/provider journey improvements and engagement.
- Partner on budget/resource management (vendor spend, program budgets, resource needs).
- Facilitate program launches and enhancements (new programs/capabilities/vendors; readiness, timelines, dependencies, communications).
- Develop and manage vendor partnerships and accountability.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–8 years in pharma/related industry, including 5+ years supporting a comprehensive patient services program.
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written/verbal communication; analytical/reporting experience.
- Knowledge of US legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements; strong commitment to compliance/ethics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
- Strategic planning/resource development experience for patient support programs.
- Experience in rare diseases/specialty medicines.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages.

Compensation:
- Pay range: $160,000–$175,000 USD.
