Position Summary:
- Manage day-to-day hub operations for the Mirum in-house Mirum Access Plus (MAP) program.
- Support the Director, Patient Services Operations in leading team operations, ensuring KPIs are met/exceeded, resolving operational challenges, overseeing accurate/timely reporting, monitoring budgets, and ensuring legal, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance requirements are met.
- Regularly collaborate with brand teams and internal functional areas (finance, legal, safety, quality, training as needed).

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead specialty pharmacy access, reimbursement, and affordability team; manage queues/work delegation; develop skills; set goals aligned to organizational strategy.
- Program Operations: Ensure operations run per business rules and safety/legal/regulatory requirements; track and meet MAP KPIs (call volumes, wait times, benefits investigation turnaround times).
- Vendor Management: Liaison between Mirum and MAP service vendors; improve processes to address program challenges.
- Reporting: Partner with Commercial Insights & Analytics (CIA) for timely/accurate MAP data reporting; develop/distribute summary and ad hoc reports.
- Pharmacovigilance: Coordinate AE/product complaint reporting with PV vendor and drug safety team; support Safety data requests and audits.
- Co-pay Program: Oversee co-pay operations, including card enrollment process; manage terms/conditions for patient notification; liaison with vendor; ensure co-pay KPIs met/exceeded; partner with brand team on offers.
- Budgeting: Support budget development/maintenance/forecasting; alert Director of potential budget overages.
- Patient Access Support: Maintain communication between PAS team and MAP team.
- New Program Launches: Support launches; assist with RFPs; provide input to strategic planning and program requirements.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience, or experience with a hub service provider or in-house hub.

Skills/Knowledge:
- Pharmacy benefits; reimbursement support services and hubs; legal/regulatory/safety requirements with hubs.
- Patient assistance programs; claims reimbursement coding.
- Cross-functional collaboration; on-time/on-budget project delivery.
- Problem-solving, strong interpersonal/communication skills; strong business acumen.
