Associate Director, Patient Experience, Respiratory

Role: Associate Director, U.S. Patient Experience - Respiratory, responsible for shaping and executing strategies to optimize patient access, onboarding, and long-term adherence across the patient journey. Responsibilities: translate patient strategies into operational specifications, manage cross-functional partnerships across hub services, specialty pharmacy, and data teams; lead initiatives to enhance patient experience through continuous improvement and digital/data-driven insights; oversee program execution, SLAs, and vendor performance. Requirements: BA/BS; 5+ years in pharmaceuticals or healthcare with experience in patient support, access, or reimbursement; strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; proven track record in managing complex, fast-paced initiatives. Preferred: experience in respiratory or complex therapeutics, familiarity with hub services, specialty pharmacy, customer experience tools, and BI platforms. High-Value: respiratory focus, patient-centric approach, crossover with access, adherence, and ecosystem management; hybrid work setup with 10% travel.
