Role: Associate Director, U.S. Patient Experience - Respiratory, focusing on optimizing the end-to-end patient journey for respiratory therapies. Responsibilities: develop and implement patient experience strategies across access, onboarding, and adherence; collaborate cross-functionally with hub services, specialty pharmacy, field access, and analytics teams; translate insights into service enhancements; lead program execution, manage partners, and ensure operational excellence. Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in pharma or healthcare, with experience in patient support, access, reimbursement, or specialty pharmacy; strong strategic and cross-functional leadership skills; data-driven decision-making and excellent communication. Preferred: respiratory/complex therapeutics experience, familiarity with hub services and digital tools, vendor management skills. High-Value: focus on patient support ecosystems within respiratory therapeutics, emphasizing program management, healthcare access, and adherence strategies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
