Associate Director, Patient Engagement, Experience and Recruitment

POSITION OBJECTIVES
Clinical Recruitment and Engagement Associate Director leads patient recruitment strategies and enhances engagement efforts for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting clinical teams to achieve recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead patient recruitment strategies for complex clinical trials
- Manage and evaluate vendor performance aligned to trial objectives
- Provide expert advice and support to clinical teams to enhance recruitment
- Oversee multiple clinical studies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop strategic plans for patient engagement and solve clinical operations problems
- Lead teams or projects with strong leadership and project management

- Advanced understanding and application of patient recruitment in complex clinical trials
- Advanced problem-solving for unique, far-reaching clinical operations challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (clinical teams and vendors)
- Ability to analyze recruitment data to inform decisions and improve processes
- Ensures adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
