Role: Lead the development and execution of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) strategies for Oncology and Neuroscience therapeutic areas globally, focusing on evidence generation and measurement approaches. Responsibilities: collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Market Access; build stakeholder awareness; manage vendor and KOL relationships for COA projects; oversee project timelines, budgets, and compliance; and support PV activities for ex-US marketed products. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (Master's or PhD preferred); minimum three years' experience in PCOs/COAs environments within pharma, with a strong emphasis on Oncology and some Neuroscience; proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency in MS Office, SAP, virtual collaboration tools; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience in evidence generation, RWE, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Market Access. High-value specifics: Oncology focus, evidence generation, global scope, PV responsibilities, and international travel (~10-20%). Work setup: likely hybrid with international travel.
