Role: Associate Director, Patient Access – Neurology (Rare Disease), overseeing strategic and operational patient support programs for Xeris products. Responsibilities: lead reimbursement, financial, patient advocacy, and adherence initiatives; manage a team of field-based Patient Access Managers; collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Legal, and Compliance; drive project execution and system development; monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements; foster advocacy relationships and patient engagement; develop and train end users on CRM systems.
