Associate Director, Patient Access

Role: Support the development, deployment, and management of patient reimbursement support hubs within the Patient Access team to enhance access and affordability for specialty pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities: oversee daily hub operations, manage vendor relationships, develop project plans, collaborate with marketing to integrate copay programs, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Partner with internal teams including legal, marketing, and Patient Assistance Foundation to align strategies, rules, and referral processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical patient access, reimbursement, legal, or related fields; vendor management skills; deep understanding of US reimbursement environments, including Medicare Part B, hospital, and buy-and-bill settings. Preferred: experience supporting US patient support programs for specialty meds and both HCP-administered and oral therapies. Skills: project management, cross-functional collaboration, compliance, and strong communication. High-Value: focus on specialty pharmaceuticals, US market, patient access programs, reimbursement expertise, and vendor/vendor management. Work Setup: hybrid remote with up to 20% travel.
