Executive Partnership & Strategic Alignment
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop, implement, and measure organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on priority projects; facilitate cross-functional partnerships and guide change management.
Organizational Effectiveness, Design & Diagnostics
- Conduct organizational diagnostics/assessments and recommend improvements.
- Design and facilitate organizational design, development, and performance improvement strategies that drive behavior change.
- Identify partners and guide execution of organizational interventions.
Change Management & Employee Engagement
- Lead change initiatives that positively impact employee engagement.
- Provide change management leadership in partnership with business and HR.
- Partner with Learning and stakeholders on deployment/change plans.
Data, Analytics & Measurement
- Use data and digital tools to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance.
- Develop metrics tied to enterprise priority work.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of OE programs/partnerships.
Digital, AI & Scaled Solutions
- Develop scalable OE solutions for HRBPs and the business.
- Partner on digital/AI-enhanced tools supporting change and OE.
Thought Leadership & Capability Building
- Apply industry best practices and emerging research to OE programs.
- Consult and enable HR partners; build capability in OE and change management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 7+ years in global organizational effectiveness, change management, and organizational development.
- Experience scaling OE/change practices with the business and HRBPs.
- Data/analytics for talent decision-making; ability to engage leaders through storytelling.
- Facilitate senior-level meetings; counsel leaders through diagnostics.
- Extensive use of talent/organizational capability assessment tools.
- Outstanding judgment; strong rapport with leaders; exceptional stakeholder management and influencing.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Princeton, NJ: $166,010โ$201,159 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
