Associate Director, Order to Cash

Role: Associate Director, Order to Cash at Telix Pharmaceuticals, overseeing end-to-end O2C processes across multiple entities to ensure accurate billing, receivables management, cash flow, and audit readiness. Responsibilities: lead and support customer onboarding, master data governance, billing, credit, collections, dispute resolution, reporting, and close activities; establish governance and controls; drive process transformation and automation; partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, IT, and other teams; and develop the O2C team. Requirements: extensive experience in order-to-cash, revenue cycle, or finance operations within biopharma or regulated industries; strong knowledge of ERP systems, revenue recognition, SOX controls, and process improvement; excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience supporting biopharma commercial operations, product launches, or revenue streams expansion. High-value: manages complex processes for biologics or radiopharmaceuticals in a regulated environment; focuses on compliance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration; hybrid/remote setup with global stakeholder engagement.
