Associate Director, Orchestration Engine – Business Lead
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Orchestration Engine business lead for assigned portfolio; help brand teams shape coordinated cross-channel customer experiences.
- Translate portfolio/brand priorities into business requirements, governed decision logic, and scalable orchestration capabilities.
- Act as business product owner: coordinate brand engagement, use-case definition, requirements, deployment readiness, and adoption; ensure reusable enterprise capabilities.
- Partner across brand, Decision Sciences, Technology, CRM/CDP, content, channel, and vendors to design/deploy Next Best Action, audience activation, journey orchestration, and workflow automation.
- Prioritize use cases based on business value, customer/patient impact, readiness, feasibility, and enterprise reuse potential.
- Translate needs into requirements, user stories, decision rules, acceptance criteria; define data/analytics/AI + human judgment in workflows.
- Lead delivery from discovery/design through testing, deployment, optimization; coordinate rollout/adoption and gather user feedback.
- Apply enterprise standards; document/govern rules, eligibility, prioritization logic, and approvals; define success measures and monitor performance.
- Lead matrixed teams; communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and impacts; translate technical/AI concepts into actionable business implications.
Qualifications:
- Basic: Doctorate + 3 yrs OR Master’s + 5 yrs OR Bachelor’s + 7 yrs OR Associate’s + 12 yrs OR HS/GED + 14 yrs in Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Analytics, Product Management, or related.
- Preferred: Pharmaceutical brand partnership; omnichannel marketing/customer engagement knowledge; business product owner/product lead experience; scalable workflow/capability translation; familiarity with NBA/CRM/CDP/audience targeting/marketing automation/content/channel; operationalizing analytics/ML/AI recommendations; enterprise reuse mindset; adoption leadership; life sciences governance/privacy/compliance; lead matrixed teams; structured problem-solving and stakeholder management; translate technical concepts into business requirements/recommendations.
