Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end execution (onboarding → ordering workflow → steady-state operations).
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support process, operations, and logistics.
- Be primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and drive resolution via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for compliant, consistent site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via reliable, responsive support.
- Use company-generated data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and identify improvements.
- Synthesize site feedback to help HQ enhance communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider ops/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge; proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate in “white space” environments; strong operational problem-solving.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license; must reside in OK-LA territory (AL, KS, LA, OK).
Preferred:
- Advanced therapy activation/readiness and operational support experience (cell/gene/radioligand therapies).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
