Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites; educate sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused training using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operations.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution through defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide consistent, responsive operational support.
- Use approved dashboards/data to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to help HQ improve communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction points, diagnose root causes, coordinate next steps).
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; able to lead in cross-functional, matrix settings.
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
