Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating/non-promotional. Primary point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites. Focus is operational/process support (not clinical).

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding/readiness support for treatment sites; educate on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent end-to-end treatment journey execution (onboarding → readiness → ordering workflow → steady-state).
- Serve as operational SME for assigned sites; support process, operations, and logistics.
- Triaging and timely resolution of operational issues via cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for compliant, consistent site experience.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders; provide consistent responsive support.
- Use data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and drive improvements.
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communications/workflows/resources/education.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales/account management/provider ops/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem understanding.
- Track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider operational stakeholders.
- Operate effectively in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving (identify friction, diagnose root cause, coordinate next steps).
- Build meaningful customer relationships; excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership; collaborate in cross-functional/matrix organizations.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license; must reside in mid-Atlantic territory (MD, CA, DC, DE).

Preferred:
- Advanced therapy site activation/readiness and operational support experience (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Complex oncology workflows; large oncology systems across enterprise stakeholders.
