Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating and non-promotional. Primary field point of contact for operational information/support for treatment sites for an oncology mRNA individualized neoantigen therapy.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding/readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for end-to-end operational execution
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics)
- Triaging and resolving operational issues via cross-functional coordination and defined processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders
- Use approved company dashboards/metrics to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (e.g., sales, account management, provider operations/administration)
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- Proven track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations
- Ability to work effectively in evolving “white space” environments
- Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license

Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand)
- Experience with complex oncology workflows; large oncology systems

Required/Preferred Skills (high level): Account management; business relationship building; onboarding; site activation/operations; stakeholder engagement; logistics management; collaboration/cross-functional work.
