Oncology Market Access Marketing Associate Director, DECNUPAZ Associate Director
Responsibilities:
- Monitor payer policy landscape; produce regular policy updates and communications with market access analytics teams.
- Track account activation and launch-readiness metrics; synthesize field insights; report to commercial leadership and executive business reviews.
- Represent Market Access in cross-functional brand governance forums (brand team meetings, strategy/planning, long-range planning, latest best estimate forecasting) to ensure access realities inform decisions.
- Lead a recurring cross-functional access forum to identify, prioritize, and resolve access challenges and opportunities.
- Support development/finalization of channel-specific strategies (community oncology and GPO strategies) with brand and market access leadership.
- Partner to plan/execute advisory boards that generate insights for future brand and market access strategy.
- Manage budget stewardship and vendor/agency processes (scope-of-work submissions and optimization of available funds).
- Partner with market access analytics and research teams to build evidence bases (including market research) for future tactical execution.
- Research/evaluate conference and congress engagement opportunities to inform future brand and stakeholder engagement.
Scope & Remit:
- Serve as strategic Market Access representative across the brand and enterprise; translate payer/channel/access realities into actionable recommendations, priorities, and operating plans.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Brand, Finance, Trade, Medical, and external vendors/agencies; own operational cadences (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reporting, governance meetings, access forums).
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorβs Degree.
- Ability to understand clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and apply them to marketing strategy and execution.
- 5β7 years of marketing or market access experience.
- Experience supporting HCP-administered assets.
- Knowledge of Commercial and Medicare FFS medical benefit dynamics, utilization management, and reimbursement.
Preferred:
- Previous oncology experience (strongly preferred).
- 3 years of US Market Access experience.
- Pre-launch and Market Access launch experience.
- Financial planning and analysis experience.
- Masterβs Degree.
