Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Omnichannel Orchestration Global Capability Owner to design solutions; translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate to convert capability roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans.
- Lead technical delivery: build/configure/integrate Omnichannel Orchestration Solutions; next-best-action/decisioning capabilities; CRM/data/analytics integrations.
- Design orchestration and decisioning logic/rules engines for real-time personalized engagement; optimize performance via monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Lead agile ceremonies; take ownership of complex technical challenges end to end.
- Ensure security/regulatory compliance with IT security; direct vendor partners; resolve crossโ€“Global Capability technical issues.

Required skills/experience:
- Leadership experience delivering scalable, secure, compliant enterprise technology.
- Deep enterprise architecture + cloud + system integration (APIs, data architecture).
- Experience owning orchestration/decisioning platforms (rules management; ML-enabled suggestions/actions) and operationalizing analytics into real-time rule-driven systems.
- Knowledge of targeting/segmentation/personalization; omnichannel/NBA systems; customer data ecosystems.
- Experience coordinating across marketing/field/analytics/data; performance monitoring + continuous journey optimization.
- Hands-on Tech Lead experience; lead mixed internal/vendor teams; collaborate with UX/UI.
- Agile product development experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s in CS/engineering/IS or related.
- 8+ years (BS) or 6+ years (MS) in campaign orchestration/omnichannel engagement/digital marketing ops (pharma preferred).
- 4+ years managing developers; cross-functional program leadership.

Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
- Rare disease/specialty brand experience.
