Patient Advocacy
Main Responsibilities
- Own and continuously maintain the end-to-end provider journey map for Dupixent Respiratory (COPD and Asthma).
- Identify and prioritize key HCP/office staff moments using data, field immersion, and behavioral analysis.
- Perform root-cause analysis of provider challenges by practice type/practice cluster to design targeted interventions.
- Maintain a single view of the ideal provider experience by stakeholder type and practice profile.
- Apply customer experience and human-centered design principles grounded in real-world practice workflows.
- Coordinate across Marketing, Digital, GTMC, sales, and alliance partners to align provider touchpoints across channels to the journey map.
- Lead HCO/practice clustering refinement and build a dynamic account prioritization model using biologic journey metrics and leakage point diagnoses.
- Embed prioritization logic into targeting frameworks with Data & Analytics and GTMC.
- Facilitate co-creation sessions (e.g., MDs, APPs, office staff) by cluster and pain point.
- Create cluster-specific intervention menus and develop practice-level engagement resources.
- Identify and systematize best practices from top-performing practices for broader dissemination.
- Orchestrate Agile Pod teams; run sprint cycles focused on journey moments/leakage points/clusters and ensure scalable execution.
- Build account intelligence infrastructure and establish a continuous learning loop connecting observations, outcomes, and data signals.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years in HCP marketing, commercial operations, or field enablement in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
- Proven success improving provider engagement, office workflow, and/or adoption of specialty products.
- Cross-functional experience (Marketing, Sales, Access, Patient Support).
- Strong analytical skills; able to translate insights into solutions.
- Collaborative, results-driven leadership through influence; strong communication/relationship-building.
- Experience leading customer experience or process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Biologic/specialty product and field-facing US practice-level experience.
- CRM/data infrastructure familiarity (e.g., Veeva, Turing).
- MBA/masterβs; agile project management/pods experience.
- Respiratory/chronic disease and alliance product management experience.
