The Associate Director of NovoCare Mobile Business Owner is responsible for shaping and growing the NovoCare mobile experience as a core consumer engagement channel.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Own the business direction, priorities, and performance goals for the NovoCare mobile experience.
- Translate NovoCare and brand strategies into clear consumer messaging, promotional content, and mobile experiences.
- Build and manage the content roadmap for NovoCare Mobile across brands, membership, CRM, and consumer support.
- Lead mobile content and messaging through medical, promotional, and regulatory review processes.
- Coordinate cross-brand requests to maintain a coherent NovoCare experience.
- Partner with CRM, Social & Digital, and other teams to connect campaigns naturally into the mobile experience and drive next steps.
- Define and monitor mobile KPIs (activation, engagement, repeat usage, content interaction, and consumer value) and use performance data to improve.
- Execute across Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy, CRM, Membership, Insights & Analytics, and Digital/IT in a regulated environment.
- Maintain a transparent mobile roadmap balancing consumer needs, marketing priorities, portfolio requirements, and business impact.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Strategy/Design or related); master’s preferred.
- 8+ years in consumer/digital/CRM/brand marketing or related roles with responsibility for digital consumer experiences/channels.
- Experience developing promotional messaging and moving content through medical/legal/regulatory review.
- Track record translating strategy into measurable digital engagement and activation plans.
- Ability to manage content/priorities across multiple brands/stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of mobile/CRM/web digital engagement and consumer lifecycle journeys.
- Proven use of activation/engagement/content-performance/behavioral data.
- Strong cross-functional leadership in regulated environments.
