- Ensure reliable operation of IT/OT infrastructure (servers, hardware, communications, desktop support, wireless); provide oversight for data center operations, network services, telecom, and asset management
- Define/implement/lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture focused on hyper-converged systems, advanced networking, and wireless technologies
- Maintain compliance with GxP/FDA/global regulatory requirements, including data integrity, disaster recovery, and robust security
- Maintain compliance with automation standards (DeltaV/Emerson and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) to support monitoring and reporting
- Manage service providers aligned to SLAs; act as escalation point for major incidents; provide management reporting
- Collaborate with corporate IT and OT partners for enterprise system integration
- Lead/mentor/develop a team across Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network functions
- Drive continuous improvement of ITIL practices, SLAs, metrics, and operational best practices
This Role Requires
- BS/BA in Information Technology or related field
- Senior Manager: 8+ years experience, including 8+ years management and 3+ years in an FDA or similarly regulated environment
- Associate Director: 10+ years experience, including 10+ years management and 3+ years in an FDA or similarly regulated environment
Preferred Skills/Experience
- PIC/S, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and GAMP knowledge
- Strong Microsoft OS background (Server, GPO); data integrity tools
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning
