Associate Director of IT Operations, GMP IT/OT

Discover Your Role
- Ensure reliable operation of IT/OT infrastructure including servers, hardware, communications, desktop support, and wireless networks; oversee data center operations, network services, telecom, and asset management
- Define, implement, and lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture (hyper-converged systems, advanced networking, wireless) for robust connectivity and security
- Maintain compliance with GxP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements; ensure data integrity, disaster recovery, and security across IT/OT
- Maintain compliance with automation system standards (DeltaV/Emerson; Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) for monitoring and reporting
- Manage service providers to meet SLAs; serve as escalation point for major incidents; provide management reporting
- Collaborate with corporate IT/OT partners for enterprise integration and alignment
- Lead, mentor, and develop Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network teams (recruitment, training, performance, goals)
- Drive ITIL practices, SLAs, metrics, and operational best practices

This Role Requires
- BS/BA in Information Technology or related field
- Senior Manager: 8+ years progressively responsible experience, including 8+ years management and 3+ years in an FDA or similarly regulated environment
- Associate Director: 10+ years progressively responsible experience, including 10+ years management and 3+ years in an FDA or similarly regulated environment
- May consider equivalent education/experience

Preferred Skills/Knowledge
- PIC/S, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, GAMP
- Strong Microsoft OS (Server, GPO) and data integrity tools
- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning
