Patient Advocacy
Position Overview
- Enable operational excellence and implement best practices to support PAP programs.
- Manage and implement DUPIXENT PAP strategy; may provide day-to-day oversight for other therapeutic areas as needed.
Main Responsibilities
Program Management & Operations
- Guide and enhance PAP Program management (SOPs, business rules, process flows/procedures) from an enterprise Affordability COE perspective.
- Ensure smooth PAP service implementation for new product indications.
- Support Medicare annual re-enrollment (AR) planning/workflow with HUB vendor (staffing, business rule/process alignment, weekly dashboard reporting).
- Monitor Medicare/Medicaid policy changes (e.g., LIS, M3P) and refine processes/business rules.
- Develop inventory management protocol with Free Goods pharmacy (cycle counts and shipment reconciliation) and build product forecasts.
- Manage patient case escalations as needed.
- Partner with brand PSS teams and Hub Vendor to streamline CRM update requests.
- Ensure vendors meet regulatory and AE/PV reporting and Patient Program Tracker reporting requirements.
Program Enhancements & Communications
- Implement PAP/Free Goods affordability enhancements (plans, deliverables, budgets, timelines).
- Analyze dashboards/reports to recommend continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (FRMs, PSS/Brand stakeholders, Analytics/Reporting, Platform/Digital, Legal/compliance) on program updates.
- Coordinate HUB vendor training resources and determine Field Team resourcing needs.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- 7+ years in affordability program management, patient support services, case management, hub services, or related pharma/healthcare experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. patient affordability/access, payer policy landscape, and manufacturer free goods best practices.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Create compelling PowerPoint narratives; lead change.
- MBA or MFin preferred.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Cross-functional leadership experience; advanced problem-solving/analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to guide analytics/reporting for dashboards.
