Role: Associate Director, Neuroscience Priority Accounts, focusing on supporting the Multiple Sclerosis portfolio within key health systems through strategic account management and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities: build partnerships with account leaders, develop tailored account plans, champion formulary advocacy, and facilitate product access; lead cross-functional teams to align strategies and identify new opportunities; manage relationships with healthcare providers and institutional stakeholders to optimize treatment pathways and address evidence gaps. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related fields with extensive experience managing large, complex accounts (e.g., academic centers, hospitals); 2+ years in project management; recent US healthcare experience and deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems; strong cross-functional and strategic planning skills; ability to travel 60-80% within a broad geographic area; valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience with neuroscience accounts or multiple cross-functional functions such as Market Access or Medical; background in bioscience or health systems.
