Associate Director of Neuroscience Commercial Strategy - Corporate Business Strategy Office (CBSO)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Director and VP-level stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and solve mission-critical business challenges using structured problem-solving and data-driven insights
- Drive commercial on-market strategic initiatives to maximize patient impact and growth of in-line brands
- Lead development of launch strategy for launch-ready products with brand teams
- Execute opportunities to drive operational effectiveness within/across business units with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance and HR)
- Lead development of business and operational reviews to senior Commercial and Executive leadership
Collaborate with franchise brand teams and functions including Finance, Medical, R&D, Market Access, HEOR, Market Analytics & Business Insights (MABI), Sales Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Regulatory, and Customer Experience.
Demonstrate ability to:
- Identify/scope key strategic initiatives
- Lead project execution end-to-end
- Influence without authority through a collaborative, integrated approach
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD) preferred
- 5-7+ years industry experience; successful track record in management consulting (2+ years), pipeline management, or pharmaceutical marketing with strong analytical/strategic skills
- Prior experience in pharma R&D, Corporate Strategy, Brand Management, and/or Marketing
- Understanding/experience with Neuroscience products (inline and in development) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across organization levels, including senior executives

- High collaboration; enjoys working with the business to develop solutions
- Planning, coordination, and project management; diplomatic conflict resolution
- Self-starter; learn fast and adapt quickly

- Experience with pre-launch/launch/on-market commercial teams (preferred)
- Experience managing large projects in complex matrixed pharmaceutical organizations (external consultant or internal lead)
