The Associate Director, Neuroscience Above Brand Analytics is responsible for helping internal partners/stakeholders make informed strategic and operational decisions by leading Global Marketing Analytics and Business Insights to develop actionable recommendations for neuroscience franchises based on market insights.
Key responsibilities include independently leading Business Insights planning, implementation, communication of results, and alignment of brand strategies and plans, including project planning, cross-functional alignment, timelines, and presenting interim and final results to Brand Teams, Senior Management, and/or vendors.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the APEX Above Brand Analytics lead for Neuroscience franchises (e.g., Psych, Migraine, Parkinson’s).
- Advance the “Future Fit” APEX vision by reducing duplicative data purchases and enabling robust reporting, targeting, and measurement.
- Lead cross-functional business teams to frame/prioritize critical brand questions for faster decisions.
- Co-create and execute analytics plans with APEX cross-functional, US, and Key Affiliate contacts.
- Identify analytics opportunities, lead/participate in APEX data and analytics capability improvements, and ensure activities are on time, within budget, and in compliance.
- Advance brand and data/technology readiness, harmonize data/reporting/forecasting/targeting/measurement, deliver closed-loop omnichannel HCP targeting/measurement.
- Build patient analytics; enable real-time portfolio optimization.
- Champion AI-powered data/reporting operations (e.g., agentic anomaly detection, automation).
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred. Degree concentration in marketing research/marketing/social sciences preferred; neuroscience experience preferred. Statistical knowledge required.
- 10+ years marketing analytics (or 8+ with PhD/Master’s) using quantitative sales/marketing information to develop business plans/strategies.
- Strong knowledge of global/country data sources and analytics; experience executing global analytics/research plans using quantitative/secondary data.
- Strategic thought leadership; strong storytelling; analytical reasoning; business acumen and problem-solving.
- Experience influencing global cross-functional/affiliate teams; experience with analytics/machine learning.
- Advanced experience with 3rd-party pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA/SHS: APLD, DDD, Xponent, NSP, NPA) and specialty pharmacy data.
- Ability to interact/present to all organization levels; agile and collaborative.
