The Associate Director, Neuroscience Above Brand Analytics is responsible for helping internal partners/stakeholders make informed strategic and operational decisions. Leads Global Marketing Analytics and Business Insights to develop actionable recommendations for neuroscience franchises based on market insights.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as APEX Above Brand Analytics lead supporting Neuroscience franchises (e.g., Psych, Migraine, Parkinsonโs Diseases); advise Brand Leadership on strategy and initiatives using data/analytics.
- Advance โFuture Fitโ APEX vision by reducing duplicative data purchases and enabling robust reporting, targeting, and measurement.
- Lead cross-functional business teams across on-market products and pipeline assets to make better, faster decisions by framing/prioritizing critical brand questions.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional and affiliate relationships; co-create and execute plans and ensure consistency of market understanding.
- Identify analytics opportunities; lead/participate in initiatives to improve APEX data and analytics capabilities.
- Ensure activities are on time, within budget, and aligned with financial/ethical compliance guidelines.
- Improve interplay between pipeline and on-market analytics; harmonize data/reporting/forecasting/targeting/measurement.
- Deliver closed-loop omnichannel HCP targeting, reporting, and measurement.
- Build patient analytics at scale (market assessment, patient flow, sizing, in-play, forecasting) and enable real-time portfolio optimization.
- Champion AI-powered data/reporting operations (e.g., anomaly detection, database management, harmonization, automation).
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred; statistical knowledge is a must; neuroscience experience preferred.
- 10+ years marketing analytics or quantitative sales/marketing analysis (8+ with PhD/Master).
- Strong knowledge of global/country data sources and analytics approaches; experience executing global analytics/research plans.
- Strategic thought leadership, strong storytelling; analytical reasoning; business acumen; problem-solving.
- Experience influencing cross-functional global/affiliate teams.
- Experience with analytics/machine learning; 3rd-party pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA/SHS; APLD, DDD, Xponent, NSP, NPA) and specialty pharmacy data.
- Ability to present to all organizational levels; agile/nimble with teamwork and collaboration.
