Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supporting Immunocore's immuno-oncology portfolio, primarily engaging with healthcare providers in the West US territory. Responsibilities include developing deep expertise in immuno-oncology, maintaining scientific knowledge of Immunocore and competitor products, and fostering relationships with KOLs to enhance research and education. The role involves serving as a credible scientific resource, delivering medical education, supporting clinical research, and gathering insights to inform strategy. The MSL acts as an external scientific expert at conferences, investigator meetings, and advisory boards, while providing internal support on medical strategies and early access programs. Key responsibilities also include identifying referral patterns, facilitating investigator-sponsored research, and supporting clinical trial site engagement. Qualifications: 3-5 years of MSL experience with an advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD), with at least 3 years in oncology, preferably immuno-oncology or melanoma. Strong understanding of clinical research, GCP, healthcare systems, and treatment guidelines is required. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential. The position involves significant travel (~60%) and requires working within regulatory and ethical standards. High-value specifics include focus on immuno-oncology, oncology clinical research, investigator engagement, and scientific education in a biopharma setting aimed at advancing cancer therapies.
