Associate Director, Medical Insights and Analytics

Role: Associate Director of Market Research & Integrated Analytics within Medical Insights for Neuroscience at J&J Innovative Medicine, focused on leveraging data to inform clinical strategies and enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities: lead development of analytics and reporting for Neuroscience Medical Affairs, including dashboards to monitor patient care gaps and engagement, assess trends in health equity and population health, integrate insights from various data sources, and support strategic planning. Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams and external partners to improve medical engagement and address unmet needs. Qualifications: BA/BS required; 7+ years in analytics, data science, or related fields; experience with pharmaceutical data sets and visualization tools; strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: experience with clinical data, advanced processing tools (SAS, SQL, Python), and statistical methods; familiarity with AI technologies.
