Associate Director, Medical Affairs - Content Studio Technology Lead

Role: Global Content Studio Technology Product Lead responsible for managing and advancing content authoring platforms and production workflows for Medical Affairs content delivery. Objectives: build scalable, compliant, multi-format digital content production processes, embed AI tools to accelerate output, and develop offshore capabilities. Responsibilities: oversee content production services (HTML, web, email, interactive content), manage team and agency partnerships, define quality standards, and optimize technology infrastructure. Lead the integration of AI-assisted tools to streamline content creation, localization, and derivatives. Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and Content Strategy teams to align workflows with strategic content goals and regulatory compliance. Requirements: Master’s degree + 8+ years or Bachelor's + 10+ years in medical/digital content production, with expertise in HTML authoring, digital content standards, and content management systems within pharma or life sciences. Preferred: experience managing digital content teams, implementing AI tools, offshore production, and working within regulated environments. High-Value: focus on digital content for Medical Affairs, regulated industry experience, AI-enabled workflows, content management, and multi-channel delivery. Location: onsite in Foster City or Parsippany, with a minimum 3 days/week in-office.
