Role: Associate Director, Medical Affairs for Neurosciences, supporting the Migraine portfolio, with a focus on Dysport. Objectives include contributing to US medical strategy, executing clinical studies, and supporting scientific communications. Responsibilities encompass developing medical strategies, serving as SME, supporting clinical research and advisory boards, reviewing educational grants and materials, training internal teams, and engaging in scientific dissemination through publications and congresses. The role involves collaborating with Medical, Commercial, and Global teams, overseeing budgets for grants and educational activities, and ensuring compliance of promotional and medical materials. Requirements: 5+ years in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs, with experience in clinical trials and strong cross-functional interaction skills; advanced degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PhD, PharmD preferred); fluent in English; project management capabilities essential. Preferred: Neuroscience experience, particularly Migraine, and familiarity with product launches or scientific publishing. High-value specifics include focus on neuroscience, migraine indication, US market, and scientific communication platforms.
