Role Summary

Associate Director, Marketing Insights - Neuroscience Pipeline responsible for leading Global Marketing Analytics and Business Insights to facilitate actionable recommendations for the neuroscience pipeline, informing strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the APEX lead supporting Global Neuroscience Pipeline Assets, guiding brand strategy and advising on key initiatives based on data and analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across assets and pipeline indications to frame and prioritize critical brand questions and enable rapid business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with APEX cross-functional teams, US and Key Affiliate contacts to co-create and execute plans and ensure market understanding is consistent.
  • Proactively identify analytics opportunities to base decisions on current, objective insights.
  • Lead ongoing brand planning with deep understanding of market drivers, patient journey, competition and positioning to enhance patient and HCP experiences and plans to address leverage points and gaps.
  • Incorporate commercial competitive intelligence to anticipate competitor strategies and achieve market leadership.
  • Provide insights on current dynamics and future market evolution over 3–10 years to guide launch strategies for multiple indications.
  • Lead and participate in initiatives to improve APEX data and analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure all APEX activities are conducted on time, within budget, and in compliance with financial and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS required; advanced degree (MBA, MA or MS) preferred; neuroscience experience and statistical knowledge highly valued.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing analytics function (8 years if PhD or Masters).
  • Strong knowledge of data sources and analytics approaches at global and country levels; experience designing and executing global analytics and research plans; proficiency in analyzing quantitative and secondary data.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
  • Analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creative problem solving.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional, global and affiliate teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business conditions and collaborate effectively across functional groups to foster a productive work culture.
