Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end learning strategy for Market Access field roles, defining capability priorities and development pathways
- Identify capability gaps across Market Access teams (e.g., ARMs, AEs, HEOR) and translate gaps into prioritized learning strategies and roadmaps
- Design and establish onboarding curriculums for prioritized Market Access roles
- Establish learning design principles, standards, and quality expectations
- Provide strategic direction and learning design guidance to MAx and PASS Field Trainers to ensure programs are instructionally sound, sequenced, scalable, and compliant
- Maintain oversight of training content lifecycle to ensure materials are current, compliant, and fit for purpose
- Partner with Field Training leads to translate capability needs into effective learning experiences
- Lead learning for launches by defining capability requirements and learning approaches
- Integrate Market Access learning into enterprise learning platforms and align to enterprise capability frameworks
- Define and assess learning effectiveness using outcomes and field insights
- Provide strategic oversight of vendors and external partners

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; Master’s or MBA preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning strategy, capability development, or commercial/field training roles
- Deep knowledge of market access and payer landscape
- Experience designing learning architectures and role-based capability frameworks (preferred)
- 7+ years market access and field/account management experience (highly preferred)
- Strong adult learning, instructional design, and learning evaluation knowledge
- Ability to influence without authority in complex, cross-matrix environments
- Experience partnering cross-functionally and managing external vendors/learning partners
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI tools (MS Co-Pilot/Chat GPT), and enterprise learning platforms
- Ability to travel ~20%
