Associate Director, Manufacturing Systems Integration

Role: Associate Director leading system integration efforts between manufacturing operations and shop floor systems, including MES, OT data historians (e.g., AVEVA PI), and DeltaV process control systems. Objectives: ensure reliable data flow, support manufacturing analytics, and enable operational excellence across global sites. Responsibilities: design, configure, and sustain integrations; define data mapping and standards; oversee deployment and scaling; troubleshoot incidents; drive data quality; stay current with emerging Industry 4.0 technologies; manage vendor relationships; mentor engineering teams; and ensure compliance with change control and validation processes. Requirements: 12+ years in manufacturing technology or industrial systems; 5+ years in systems integration, automation, or manufacturing IT/OT; strong experience with MES, PI, DeltaV, APIs, OPC UA; proficiency in SQL and manufacturing data ecosystems; understanding of SDLC, validation, and manufacturing processes. Preferred: pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, familiarity with Ignition, edge computing, OEE, and real-time scheduling systems; global manufacturing environment exposure. Work setup: hybrid model with 10% travel, based in the US or Puerto Rico.
