Associate Director, Manufacturing Systems Integration

Role: Associate Director leading the design, configuration, and operational sustainment of system integrations between manufacturing execution systems (MES, DeltaV), OT data historians (e.g., AVEVA PI), and process control systems, supporting downstream manufacturing capabilities. Responsibilities: establish and maintain integration standards, partner with global site teams for data mapping and flow, troubleshoot issues, ensure data quality, and incorporate Industry 4.0 technologies; manage vendor relationships and oversee integration deployment across sites. Requirements: 12+ years in manufacturing technology or industrial systems, with 5+ years in automation, system integration, or manufacturing IT/OT; strong experience with MES, data historians, DeltaV, SQL, OPC UA, APIs, and industry standards; familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is preferred.
