Associate Director, MAA & RWE

Role: Associate Director, Market Access Analytics and Real World Evidence (MAA & RWE) – Indirect Treatment Comparisons within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, supporting evidence generation for HTA and payer submissions. Responsibilities: design and execute indirect treatment comparisons (e.g., MAIC, NMA), observational studies, and comparative effectiveness analyses; collaborate with internal teams (Market Access, R&D, Medical Affairs, Health Economics) and external partners; develop technical reports and publications; apply advanced statistical methods (regression, survival analysis, propensity scoring). Requirements: Master’s or higher in biostatistics, economics, or related fields; 6+ years (or 4+ with a PhD) in pharma, biotech, or consulting; proficiency in R, SAS; experience with diverse data sources (clinical, claims, EHRs); strong project management and communication skills. Preferred: knowledge of health economics, HTA processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
