Associate Director, Legal-Compliance

Role: Associate Director, Legal-Compliance, supporting healthcare compliance operations within a biopharma focused on rare diseases. Expertise in healthcare laws such as Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code, FDA regulations, and transparency laws. Skills include advanced data analytics (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), project management, strong communication, and experience with AI tools. High-value specifics: focus on monitoring HCP interactions, educational programs, and field activities, with a domestic travel requirement of approximately 30%.
