Main Responsibilities
- Develop skills, behaviors, and mindset for customer-facing personnel (leaders and individual contributors).
- Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute skill development for customer-facing teams.
- Build/revise/implement leadership and customer-facing curricula based on changing market needs.
- Build alliances with senior leaders and business partners to align strategy and manage change.
- Partner with TA leadership to measure/monitor training impact and recommend improvements.
- Use AI to reimagine learning, enhance employee skills, and develop next-generation curricula.
- Collaborate with global partners/functions to leverage resources and best practices.
- Coordinate with Customer Facing Capabilities/Commercial Training for curriculum execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required.
Experience (Required)
- 5+ years relevant experience in pharma/biotech; strong foundation in field sales; progression into field leadership, L&D, or Commercial Training.
- 2+ years as a first-line leader (preferably pharma).
- Training/program leadership experience: 3+ years preferred.
- Expertise in leadership development, training design, needs analysis, adult learning, AI utilization, and measuring training effectiveness.
- Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Innovative learning solutions for large-scale audiences.
- Strong facilitation/executive presence; communicate across all levels; stakeholder rapport.
- Support AI/IT platforms for delivery/reinforcement; strong project management.
- Ability to lead change, challenge status quo; execution/results orientation.
- Leadership of diverse teams; strategic thinking; cross-functional collaboration; budget management.
