Main Responsibilities:
- Develop skills, behaviors, and mindset of customer-facing personnel (leaders and individual contributors) within the Leadership Excellence & Customer-Facing Skills team.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute customer-facing skill development.
- Build, revise, and implement curricula aligned to changing market demands for customer-facing leadership and individual contributors.
- Build alliances with Senior Leaders and business partners to align strategy and manage change.
- Partner with TA leadership to measure/monitor training impact and recommend improvements.
- Use AI to reimagine learning experiences and develop future-focused training curricula.
- Collaborate with global partners/functions to leverage resources and best practices.
- Coordinate with Customer Facing Capabilities/Commercial Training for curriculum execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with foundation in field sales; progression into field leadership, Learning & Development, or Commercial Training.
- 2+ years as a first-line leader (preferably in pharmaceuticals).
- Adult learning/training design expertise, needs analysis, AI utilization, and measuring training effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years leading training programs/initiatives (national or home office).
- Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment.
- Deployed innovative learning solutions for large-scale audiences.
- Strong facilitation/executive presence; communicates across all levels; builds stakeholder rapport.
- Project management with strong results; ability to lead change and challenge status quo.
- Experience supporting AI/IT platforms; quantitative skills; budget management.
- Experience leading diverse teams; strategic thinking; coaching/feedback and empowering people.
