Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and commercial leadership to assess development needs and create leadership training initiatives that improve US Commercial leader performance.
- Serve as resident subject-matter expert for leadership development; coach leaders to foster culture, teamwork, and executional goal delivery.
- Conduct needs assessments, anticipate/analyze business needs, identify talent gaps, and align learning solutions to business goals.
- Design, customize, and improve adult-learning programs; engage partners and manage delivery (including vendors, external faculty, and executive coaches).
- Lead curriculum and learning design/implementation for commercial enterprise programs (onboarding/transition support, executive coaching, assessments, leader skill building, and talent development).
- Develop learning solutions for skill, career, and personal development; measure value, behavior change, and participant feedback.
- Manage flawless in-person/virtual event execution (journey design, facilitation, materials, logistics).
- Execute annual strategic plan; manage training owned by USLD including vendor negotiations, POs, and associated accounting.
- Coordinate enterprise training activities across US (e.g., marketing excellence, leadership development, Integrated Brand Teams, sales leadership).

Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent written/verbal communication; executive presence; ability to present, train, and give constructive feedback.
- Inclusive mindset; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management; ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Leadership development expertise; experience leading teams (preferably sales/marketing leadership) to design/implement training.
- Demonstrated coaching and situational leadership; ability to inspire and motivate.
- Knowledge of AbbVie products/business acumen and regulatory limitations.
- Ability to set long-range training requirements and adapt plans to changing needs.
- Familiarity with adult learning methods and virtual/digital learning tools; ability to assess training effects.
- Must have or be willing to obtain Executive Coaching certification.
- Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years managerial experience; travel up to 25%.
