Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and commercial leadership to improve performance of US Commercial leaders via leadership development needs assessments and targeted training initiatives.
- Design, plan, supervise, and implement leadership development methods aligned to business objectives, culture, and strategy.
- Coach leaders to foster positive work culture, teamwork, and execution of business goals; act as resident expert in leadership development.
- Provide consultancy to therapeutic area VPs, General Managers, and functional leadership to assess and evolve development programs.
- Perform learning solution design and delivery (e.g., onboarding/transition support, executive coaching, assessments, skill building).
- Manage in-person and virtual learning events end-to-end (journey design, facilitation, materials, logistics).
- Source/select/evaluate external faculty and executive coaches; engage partners in design and delivery.
- Measure value and behavior change; identify long-term talent impact metrics.
- Execute annual strategic plan; negotiate with approved vendors and manage related purchasing/accounting.

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years managerial experience; travel up to 25%.
- Executive communication and presentation skills; ability to influence executives.
- Strong stakeholder management in complex/ambiguous environments.
- Coaching and leadership best practices (e.g., situational leadership); experience leading teams (preferably sales/marketing leadership) to design training.
- Deep leadership development subject matter expertise; adult learning principles and impact assessment.
- Working knowledge of virtual/digital learning tools; ability to stay current on market trends.
- Executive coaching certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organization/task skills; ability to work in fast-paced environments; ability to navigate regulatory limitations and compliance.
