Job Description
The Associate Director of US Leadership Development (reports to Director) partners with business teams and commercial leadership to improve US Commercial leader performance by assessing development needs and designing/implementing leadership training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform needs assessments; anticipate/analyze business needs; identify talent gaps; ensure learning solutions align to business goals.
- Engage partners to design and deliver training; measure value of programming and behavior change.
- Design, customize, and improve learning programs; collaborate with vendor partners.
- Lead curriculum and learning design/implementation for commercial enterprise programs (onboarding/transition support, executive coaching, assessments, leader skill building, talent development).
- Oversee in-person/virtual learning events (learning journey design, facilitation, materials, logistics).
- Source, select, evaluate, and manage external faculty/executive coaches.
- Identify and report long-term talent impact metrics; manage stakeholder expectations via feedback/analysis.
- Coach internal leaders as sponsors/speakers; execute annual strategic plan.
- Negotiate with approved vendors; secure POs; reconcile accounting for USLD-owned training.

Qualifications / Skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and executive presence; deliver high-impact presentations; give constructive feedback.
- Inclusive conversation skills; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management; navigate ambiguity.
- Leadership development expertise; adult learning knowledge; ability to assess training effects.
- Experience leading teams (preferably sales/marketing) to design and implement training.
- Model coaching and situational leadership best practices; inspire/motivate; mature leadership with broad perspective.
- Business/product acumen including regulatory limitations.
- Determine long-range training needs; stay current on leadership capability trends.
- Certifications/certification readiness for Executive Coaching; strong organization; virtual/digital learning tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years managerial experience; travel up to 50%.
