Associate Director, Launch and Pre-Launch Forecasting Lead, Global Oncology

Role: Associate Director Launch/Pre-Launch Forecasting Lead within Takeda's Oncology Business Unit, responsible for developing and maintaining global and US strategic forecasts for key oncology assets. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance) to integrate market insights, leading consensus-building for forecast assumptions, leveraging advanced analytics and multiple data sources, and enhancing forecasting methodologies for accuracy and agility. Requirements: BA/BS (advanced degree preferred), 6+ years in biopharmaceutical forecasting, finance, or analytics with oncology experience; proficiency in dynamic patient-based modeling, statistical techniques (smoothing, regression, time series, simulation), and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau). Prior launch experience and ability to operate in matrixed environments are preferred. The role involves providing strategic insights on market impact, supporting commercial planning, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Work setup is hybrid in Boston with less than 10% travel.
