Operations
Responsibilities:
- Drive forecast strategy for key oncology assets, delivering short-, mid-, and long-range forecasts and strategic insights.
- Develop and maintain global and US strategic forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, and I&A to incorporate relevant market insights.
- Lead consensus-building for forecast assumptions.
- Use advanced analytics and integrate multi-source data to assess market impact.
- Implement best-in-class forecast modeling; evaluate forecasting processes for improvements focused on accuracy and agility.
- Triangulate and pressure-test assumptions using data sources and models; develop what-if scenarios.
- Provide forecasting leadership and context to Finance, Supply, Trade to plan impacts of commercial strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA/BS degree (Advanced degree preferred).
- 6+ years forecasting, finance, and/or business analytics experience in biopharmaceuticals; oncology experience required.
- Hands-on experience running complex forecasting models.
- Advanced spreadsheets; patient-based forecast modeling including dynamic patient models.
- Quantitative techniques: smoothing, regression, time series analysis, simulation.
- Data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Experience in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong project management; ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; explain complex concepts simply and lead consensus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry databases.
- Working knowledge of global access/reimbursement policies, competitive environment, and impact on commercialization strategy.

Travel: Less than 10%.
