Associate Director Launch and Pre-Launch Forecasting Lead, Global Oncology

Role: Associate Director Launch/Pre-Launch Forecasting Lead for oncology assets, responsible for developing and maintaining global and US market forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Access, Medical, and Insights teams; lead consensus-building processes; leverage advanced analytics and multiple data sources; enhance forecast models for accuracy and agility; provide strategic context to stakeholders including Finance and Supply. Requirements: BA/BS (advanced degree preferred); 6+ years in biopharmaceutical forecasting, finance, or analytics with oncology experience; proficiency in complex patient-based models, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau); experience with launch scenarios and working in matrix environments; strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Preferred: prior launch experience, comprehensive knowledge of industry databases, global access, and reimbursement policies.
